The Governing Board comprises an independent Chairperson, one
representative from each of the participating organisations and
the CEO. The Board provides direction on all matters relating
to the Centre's operation, including strategic directions for
negotiation of research contracts and agreements, budget, staff
and operating procedures. The Board meets four times per year
and conducts much business out of session.
